How will be eating in 2030? Together with chefs from Les Tables, we set the time 11 years ahead to cook an innovative 2 or 3-course menu that is organic, locally sourced and (mostly) vegetarian. Tasty and planet-proof!!
The organization of this first Act for Global Goals Day is an inspiring experience and a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future for our beautiful city. But, of course, it is also a lot of work. So we would love to get some help both for the preparation and during the day itself.
